Janice Wooster, CHRL Bio – Principal and Lead Consultant

A successful Senior Executive, Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with national and international scope, Janice brings her expertise to client projects focused on improving talent acquisition, performance, productivity, and workplace experience.  She has successfully led critical projects that drive organizational engagement, leverage human capital investment, optimize systems and processes, and leave a legacy of sustainable, measurable results.

Janice has provided Talent and Culture solutions to clients in the not-for-profit, charitable, social services, corporate (B2B and B2C), higher education, and government sectors including clients with global locations.  As a senior level facilitator and communicator, Janice has successfully worked with executive teams, boards of directors, special committees, and internal/external stakeholder groups. 

A trusted senior advisor, Janice provides leadership focused on initiatives linked to strategic objectives transrming organizational culture, implementing best practices and building Human Capital and OD&D capability to position organizations at the next level of accomplishment. 

Janice is also a corporate trainer who has worked with Fortune 500 companies through the Humber College Corporate Education Centre.

Prior to launching a boutique consulting practice, Janice was the Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources with World Vision Canada, a multi-national development agency.   

Philanthropy and Volunteerism:  JM Wooster Inc annually supports charitable works in the areas of child development; maternal and child health; micro-finance loans; shelter services; and refugee resettlement.  Janice has worked on Boards of Directors with both the Peel and Niagara HR Professionals Associations, as well as on boards of directors providing affordable housing opportunities, developing community child care centres, and local church boards and committees.
